The hand made canape menu has been carefully designed by our chefs to showcase some of Brazil’s most authentic flavours. Our Comida wait staff will take care of the service and hand out the canapes on our custom wooden platters, making it a continuous eating experience. ARRUMADINHO

Classic northern brazilian dish. Made from house cured beef which we cure in salt and then cook in butter and onions. It comes neatly presented with crispy bacon, black eyed beans, toasted farofa & a zingy salsa

Grilled picanha (rump cap), served with black beans, garlic rice, pan fried kale,
